The law firm of Falco & Falco is located in the historic community of Navasota, Texas, just 21 miles South of College Station. We are a family firm, formed in 1989, and comprised of two attorneys. Joe Falco, III, has over 25 years of experience in the practice of Family Law and is one of only a small number of Board Certified Family Law attorneys practicing primarily in the Brazos Valley area. Ashley Falco Ver Schuur graduated in the top of her class from South Texas College of Law and practices both Family and Probate Law. She was also voted Best Attorney in the 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021 Grimes County "Best of the Best" Competition.
Our mission is to provide quality legal services, at a reasonable cost, to clients in Grimes, Brazos, Washington, Waller, Madison, Walker, and surrounding counties. To this end, we strive to give personal attention to the needs of our clients while utilizing state of the art technology to more efficiently accomplish the tasks intrusted to us.

Joe Falco, III
Joe Falco, III was born and raised in Navasota, Texas. He graduated from Navasota High School in 1980, and attended Sam Houston State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Law Enforcement/Police Science in 1985. In 1988, he earned his Juris Doctor Degree from South Texas College of Law, and became a licensed attorney in the State of Texas in May of 1989. Joe joined his father, Joe S. Falco, Jr., as a partner in the law firm of Falco & Falco that same year. In 1995, Joe earned his Board Certification from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the area of Family Law. He is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, where he served on the Checklist Committee, and he is a former President of the Grimes County Bar Association. Joe is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell’s peer review rating system.
Joe is married to Cindy Slaydon Falco, and they have two children, Ashley Falco Ver Schuur and Joe S Falco, IV. Joe served as a Member of the Navasota ISD School Board for twelve years, and he is a member of First Baptist Church of Navasota. Joe teaches yoga in Navasota and the Bryan-College Station area, and enjoys various outdoor activities, including distance running, rock climbing, skydiving, scuba diving, snow skiing, and camping. He is also an avid supporter of independent music and musicians, as well as a contributor to several charitable organizations.
Ashley Falco Ver Schuur
Like her Father and Grandfather, Ashley was raised in Navasota. At an early age, she followed her dad and grandpa to court and was intrigued by what she saw. Ashley was very involved in extra curricular activities while a student in Navasota. After graduating from Navasota High School in 2008, she attended Texas A&M University and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in December of 2013.
In January of 2014, Ashley began her legal career at South Texas College of Law. While in law school, she was inducted into Phi Delta Phi, the Legal Honor Fraternity, and received numerous scholarships for her academic achievement. She was also on the Dean's List for 5 of her 7 semesters. In her (very limited) spare time, Ashley volunteered as a student ambassador and provided information to prospective students about South Texas College of Law. She also represented South Texas College of Law at a Career Fair at Texas A&M University. Ashley graduated with her Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree in May of 2016, in just two and one-half years, at the top of her class.
As soon as she completed the Texas Bar Exam, Ashley returned to Navasota to begin working. Since then, Ashley has been voted Best of Grimes County in the "Attorney" category for the years 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021. Ashley was also recently selected to serve as a Board Director of the Navasota Education Foundation. When she's not at work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling, and watching Texas A&M Football.
