The law firm of Falco
& Falco is located in the historic community of Navasota,
Texas, just 21 miles South of College Station. We are a family
firm, formed in 1989, and comprised of two attorneys with over
45 years combined experience. Joe S. Falco, Jr., has over 30 years
of experience in the general practice of law, including residential,
farm and ranch, and commercial real estate transactions; wills
and probate matters; and business transactions (not certified
by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization). Joe Falco, III, is
one of only a small number of Board Certified Family Law attorneys
practicing primarily in the Brazos Valley area.
Our mission is to
provide quality legal services, at a reasonable cost, to clients
in Grimes, Brazos, Washington, Waller, Madison, Walker, and surrounding
counties. To this end, we strive to give personal attention to
